Technical Support Guidelines

When submitting support queries regarding MCP configuration errors or Cursor rule processing failures, please include the following details in your email to expedite resolution:

Your current client platform (e.g. Claude Desktop v0.7+, Cursor IDE, VS Code extension).
The target MCP server ID or framework rule set URL.
Relevant configuration snippet from your claude_desktop_config.json or .cursorrules (redacting API keys).
Exact terminal error logs or status codes received during connection setup.

Security Vulnerability Disclosure Policy

MCP-Bridge takes security seriously. If you discover a security vulnerability in our web application, API configuration builders, or indexed MCP rule generation, please disclose it responsibly.

Responsible Disclosure Protocol:

1. Send encrypted reports directly to [email protected].

2. Do NOT disclose the vulnerability publicly prior to our fix verification window (up to 7 business days).

3. Do NOT execute destructive actions or access unauthorized user data during testing.

Qualifying security research findings may be eligible for recognition in our Security Hall of Fame.
