Refund & Returns Policy

1. Digital Products
All premium digital products sold on MCP-Bridge — including hosted config endpoints, premium directory listings, and bundled stacks — are non-tangible, digital goods. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, no refunds are available.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day window, contact Paddle directly through their customer support portal, or email us at support@mcpbridge.org with your order details. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the period ends. Refunds for cancellations are only available within the 14-day refund window from the initial purchase date.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@mcpbridge.org before initiating a chargeback. We will work with you to resolve any issues.
5. How to Request Help
For billing inquiries or subscription management, contact Paddle directly through their customer support portal. You can also reach us at support@mcpbridge.org and we will respond within 2 business days.
6. Paddle as Merchant of Record
All payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record for all purchases. Paddle handles tax compliance (VAT, GST, sales tax) and payment processing. Your payment details are never stored by MCP-Bridge.
